Mark Holmes serves as CEO and Co-Founder of RavenWhite Cybersecurity, which was selected as one of 10 finalists worldwide in the RSA Conference Innovation Sandbox competition.
He is an active angel investor both as a member of the Band of Angels and Managing Director of Sand Hill Private Investments.
Mr. Holmes holds an engineering degree from Brown University and is the author of the treatise Patent Licensing and Selling: Strategy, Negotiation and Forms.
He speaks nationally on the issues facing patent owners.
He was also the Executive in charge of Business Development and a Founder of the DeCaf Company which over a twenty year period tried to develop polymer beads on which caffeine molecules would mechanically adhere to the imprint of a caffeine molecule on a polymer surface.
Mr. Holmes is an “AV-rated Preeminent” Silicon Valley attorney.
Education
Mark Holmes earned a double Electrical Engineering and English degree from Brown University, is a past member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the IEEE Computer Society.
He is a registered patent attorney with a JD from Tulane Law School where he served on the Moot Court Board and competed nationally in The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
